Those stones are still on the bridge and I myself lifted one in each hand on many occasions and one market day, I carried them across the bridge and back, some four to five yards - Donald Dinnie.

Jessica lifted the Dinnie Stones at The Gathering making her only the 11th ever lady lifter and the first ever Maltese lady lifter! It also allowed her to compete in the first ever Jan Todd Games where she finished 3rd. Jessica's lift was witnessed by event officials Matt Jones, Stig Parker, Brett Nicol, Stevie Shanks, Jim & Rosemary Splaine and the large crowd of spectators and lifters in attendance. The first lady lifter of the Dinnies, Dr Jan Todd was also in attendance to witness Jessica's lift.
